The Oink Company was founded by Mike Holman – a former brewer and pig farmer who knew one thing for certain: a cold pint deserves a proper scratching.
Handmade the traditional way
We still make our scratchings the old fashioned way. Each batch is hand cooked by our chefs to get that perfect crunch, then seasoned to bring out big, bold flavour.
A snack with standards
No shortcuts. No cheap tricks. Just pork rind, carefully cooked and seasoned. Most of our scratchings are gluten free, MSG free and always full of character.
