THE OINK TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you have any issues with our product or delivery please do not hesitate to Contact Us and our team will do everything we can to resolve any issues you may have.
Once an order is received on our website, a member of our team will review and process. Any issues with the information provide will be clarified directly with the person ordering. All orders are normally processed and dispatched within 2 days, however if your product(s) is on back order, you will be notified of an expected delivery date.
Your payment is taken during checkout via our secure payment gateway provider Stripe and you will only be charged at the rate published on our website on placing your order.
At Oink we try to keep our prices static for as long as we can, but from time to time will need to raise our prices based on outside factors, such as the price of pork rind, packaging and postal services.
At Oink we think we make the best Artisan Pork Scratchings in the world... and we believe in providing a quality product in the best condition possible. Please inspect your product(s) as soon as your order arrives. If there is an issue, please email us right away with pictures. We will investigate and do our best to resolve as quickly as possible. Damage or deterioration to the goods once delivered passes to the customer, as the buyer, on delivery so please contact us as soon as possible.
The Oink Company retains all rights of ownership and possession of the all goods until full payment has been received.
RETURN OF GOODS
Any unwanted items must be returned within 7 days of receipt, with their packaging unopened and in the same condition received. All product are none returnable if opened (unless faulty).
We use Royal Mail to delivery to most of the UK. To some remote parts of the UK and offshore islands, delivery can take longer.
We do our best to deliver via Royal Mail within 1-2 days of your order being processed for delivery or on a date requested via special delivery. However, at busy times of the year delivery times can be extended and will be out of our control. Please make sure that the delivery address & postcode are correct as we can not be responsible for non delivery due to an incorrect address.
DAMAGE DUE TO DELIVERY
Please email us as soon as possible with photos if your parcel has been damaged during transit. No claim for damage or deterioration after delivery can be accepted unless we’re informed straight away.
Our payments are handled through our payment gateway provider Stripe. We accept Maestro, Solo, Electron, Visa, MasterCard and AmEx. All your information remains totally confidential and we don't see or store any of your card details.
If you wish to cancel your order we need to know ASAP. You can only cancel an order without penalty as along as we have received notification before processing for delivery. The Oink Company reserves the right not to accept or to cancel any order once accepted, without penalty.
THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS MAY CHANGE
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. For this reason, we encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our Web Site.
THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER.
